Am I the only one here who's chosen to leave?

I've told my story so won't go in to details but after a bax few years I've made the call to leave. Someone had to as life's just too short to not feel loved.

Hoping to work through it all,.amicable so far but long road ahead.

Paul1891....you're not the only one. It has taken me almost 15 years to make that call, although in reality I guess I made it 15 years ago. There is a difference between making the call and acting on it and it's the latter that I have found so difficult. I am only in the middle of that physically leaving stage and I expect some big bumps but it has to be done.

I found Relate online and the help of my wonderful sister so valuable. You need others.

Hi really nice to speak to someone in the same boat. I made the call to leave a couple of weeks ago and it's actually happening tomorrow! Like you said this years in the making.

Would be good to swap stories a bit more as a bit of support.
