Thanks both, it sure feel like she is clutching at straws. I am so angry with her for doing this, how can this be in anyway in the best interests of her?

Her response to my email was "you need to enforce it" which I can't think the courts are going to look to kindly on.

I have looked at the C79 and it looks fairly straight forward. How much detail do I go into at this stage? Do I need to to provide evidence of the breach or does that come later in my position statement?

Just  a short statement, telling the court what aspect of the order was not followed.

Do not comment on her reasons for it, that is up to her to say. Once she does, if you have evidence of other reasons, then introduce it.
