Delayed visits
#1
My ex keeps asking me to come an hour late to pick up my daughter just as I'm about to leave home. Usually the reason is that my daughter is sick or sleeping. (Pick up time is 10am).
This was mentioned at court and she is supposed to give me 72h notice for any amendment, but she doesn't.

What step could I take to stop this?

File a C79, Application for Enforcement.

What she is trying to do, is doucment late pick ups, so she had grounds to reduce contact.
Posts made by me are my opinion and any factual information should be checked out. If you do not have a Solicitor, often your local CAB can get you some initial advice.
