Communication tone
#11
I will chat with her, but when she becomes unreasonable - I completely cut her dead and stop responding until the next day.
The opinions here are not that of Separated Dads, but merely a loving father who has been through the process and has come out the other side.

BIFF

Brief
Informative
Friendly
Firm

Like the BIFF :-) Must remember the friendly bit. We get

D M B (Dear Mr Blogs)
I (I hate you, I, I, I)
A (Arguing black is white with nobody as we don't reply to abusive messages)
B (B...sh.t)
O (Outrageous accusations)
L (Lists of holiday dates over contact dates 3 years in advance)
I (More I,I, I)
C (Clinical analysis of parenting)
A (Abuse)
L (Lies)

Shame I can't fit F into that acronym (Fabrication, Frustration of Contact)

We have a codename for my lovely ex...

Has anybody ever seen Drop Dead Fred? Do you remember the oppressive bully of a mother who controlled her daughter and cared more for how she behaved than for how she felt?

That's right - we call her the Megabitch

I send "Can you let me know if he has had anything to eat and at what time so I know what to prepare for meal "by text message
I get from the ex "WHERE IS MY CONTAINER"
I Should have relied " im currently in the process of completing the 5ftx2ft box you refer to as a container and it should be presented to you upon your death."
