Protection against further allegations?
#1
Ok so thinking ahead here.  Even though allegations against both self and partner have all been dismissed re child arrangements, I think ex will continue to make accusations.  Partner is concerned next time it could be to police rather than social services and she has a DRB which has expired and may need a new one at some time.

Does anyone have advice on how to protect yourself against further allegations?  eg show the police previous ones and that they have been dismissed to have it on file in case any more are made?  I was going to apply for  non molestation order but legal advice was not to, as it only lasts so long anyway and can cause difficulties with co-parenting in future (as if there aren't enough already!).

Any suggestions?  Ex has in the past reported Partner to Police for some made up thing, when we met.  Partner sent for her Police Record to see if anything had been logged and it hadn't but need to protect ourselves!
