Audio files
Can I transcripe audio files myself to use as evidence? Do I need to do the whole thing or just what I think is relevant?
I have recently had my audio transcribed by a 3rd party nr where I live. This is so that it reflects the audio recordings as it is without assumptions being made that I have manipulated the transcription or altered them in any shape or form.I will of cause submit it together with my bundle . I will want the courts to know what exactly the ex is like behind closed doors.
We’re yours really clear as mine were done via my phone in my pocket using an app. Mine are ledgible but may take some listening to.
Some were some not but they managed to sort it.
Its alway good to have both a cd and have a copy transcribed.
The sad thing is that it comes down to fathers having to record the abuse to have a leg to stand on in the family courts.
Its a mess. The whole family court. Evidence or not . Its pot luck if the judge has eaten his breakfast or not will determine if they decide to read anything submitted in front of them.
They tend to skip the important bit and just take out bits from the cafcass report as a decision maker. Just hope you dont have a donkey that undertakes the sec 7 report ,
