Too many.

No one knows for sure though partly as data on Dads is very poor I suspect some of this is deliberate.

At Christmas someone who works in court listings tweeted about the queue of Dads lining up to get Xmas contact. So sad.

Zillions. The law needs to change so that if a couple separate they automatically both have equal residency. It wouldn't stop ex's making false allegations to try and have a reason why a Father isn't suitable to have the children with him, but it would mean that as soon as those allegations were cleared up, the Dad would automatically have a standard amount of time.

What Charlie said is important because if the rot sets in before the divorce then the resulting consent and CAO’s reflect the situation on the ground at that time.

Sounds logical but whats the ratio of dads that arent interested to the decent ones. Only thing they are forced to do is pay money. Its never in the interest of the child to force the kids on them. So as long as we are the minority we will always be at a disadvantage. Not fair but thats life.

I think the Dad’s fighting to see their kids is larger than those who walk away. Let’s not forget some walk away after having been through court processes and have simply given up or run out of money. This is what alienators want to happen.
