On Page 14 (bottom left hand corner) the article states:-

"Courts are likely to be skeptical that the actions of an alienating parent towards a targeted parent have resulted in legally cognizible monetary damages......."

I am not so sure. I think that there are many instances where particular behaviour is designed to do just that. It may be that the total damage is made up of a mixture of quantifiable and non quantifiable amounts but that does not alter the principle. Nor should the difficulty that might cause allow the Court to avoid determining both.

Very interesting. Thinking outside of the box - instead of bashing away at the courts to get contact, sue them for not giving it.

I'm not sure we still have a court of European rights any more in the Uk do we?
