Another Thing
I have just had an email from my Ex that she is moving to the Midlands, and that I can have Facetime and a Contact Center with my daughter.

We currently have a (breached) Child Arrangements Order.

Anyone any ideas around this?
The opinions here are not that of Separated Dads, but merely a loving father who has been through the process and has come out the other side.
Typical. This relocation thing with children should be stopped. Very sorry to say the courts just aren't inclined to stop the primary carer (if it happens to be the mother, wink wink) to move children hundreds or even thousands of miles away. It is so selfish and immoral if you ask me. Unless you are in Scotland that is. They are much more sensible up there in so many ways.
Why are dads always seen as less significant in their children's lives? It is appalling.
