#1
What kind of points should I be putting across, and what evidence should I bring to the 1st hearing in order to win 50/50 shared care?

Nothing. All that will happen is the Judge will ask you both what you want.

When its clear do deal can be done, you will be told to do Position Statements and the Judge will decide if Cafcass need to be put in, or if a child is known to Social Services,  what reports are needed.
Posts made by me are my opinion and any factual information should be checked out. If you do not have a Solicitor, often your local CAB can get you some initial advice.
