Child Overseas Travel Without Consent
#1
Dear Members,

Too much happening so you may see different post in different sections.

My wife is travelling overseas to her parents with our little one. i do not have issues but I have asked her to provide me inbound/outbound travel dates with scanned ticket copies. But beside several request she is not giving me.

So I need to understand what are my options?

Initially she said few weeks now she says 3 months. I just need clarity.

Please can some one help and tell me what should I do?

Thanks in Advance

Is there a child arrangements order in place?
The opinions here are not that of Separated Dads, but merely a loving father who has been through the process and has come out the other side.

We have agreements on when can I meet my little one and it is very new therefore there is no such order.

Ok there is no formal CAO

You have a couple of options
1) Prohibited Steps Order to force her to show the tickets or stop her going altogether
2) Child arrangements order with 1)
3) Take it on the chin

I know with a CAO neither parent can remove the child for more than 30 days
