Harassment during contact time.
Terrible. Have you called the Police? They really should lock her up.

police have already arrested her and kept her locked up overnight and presenting her in court this morning. whatever happens she will be remanded until next court hearing or dealt with today and suspended sentence activated

Remand at least as she simply isn't safe to be let out loose.

She's clearly got deep rooted mental health issues.

Pleaded guilty to both breaches and the criminal damage and was sentenced to 1 year, 3-months in prison.
Its been long coming and i think the courts are simply sick of the sight of her.
Personally i am glad to see the back of her and for us all to have some peace at last.

This should make the family court final hearing pointless now.

Great result!

She done the right thing pleading guilty. They have now activated her 39 week sentence. looks like she got another 6 months for her latest escapade. I said to you ages ago you get away things for so long but now be constant prison sentences for her . she has gone off the rails

Correct, 6-months for the restraining order breach with the sentence for criminal damage running alongside, this the activated the suspended too concurrently.
You can only warn somebody so many times and she simply ignored all warnings and in my eyes was treated very leniently previously.

We now have peace to plan our house move without the need for a police escort, yes that's what was offered so we couldn't be followed.

That must be a huge relief.

So here we are, 13.5 months later and tomorrow is release day.

Police have already been in contact about the ex as seemingly her attitude still has not changed and the house is back flagged for an alert risk if we need to call police.

Wonder how long she will last this time until she gets picked up again?
