Put a complaint in on 18th February but not heard back. Thoughts?
Can you please provide some more detail so we can advise from there?

I know you've got a few previous threads that may have the detail but would be useful to know the latest status so that the advice you receive is accurate.
I did the same thing and after not hearing a thing for a month (I did the complaint online), I rang them, to be told that they had the complaint and were getting round to dealing with it.
10 minutes later I received an email from them acknowledging my complaint, half an hour after that an email from one of their staff, who was going to investigate the complaint, which took about 3 weeks to do.
I recieved the result yesterday, which I will post elsewhere, as it will distract from the post subject
