Supervised Contact Experiences
#1
Hi All,

I am due to start supervised contact with my son (28 months) as his Mum has made domestic abuse allegations (all false and untrue) meaning I now have to be assessed to see if he is at risk of harm. This is despite me having had unsupervised contact for 16 months.

Can anyone share their experience of doing supervised contact and how it went? What activities did you engage in? What is the supervisor's role during your time?

Also if anyone has any useful tips, that'd be great!

Thanks,

Yes , just be yourself and have fun with your son. You had contact unsupervised for 16 months. its a temporary measure whilst you are in family court as ex refusing access. Theres normally books, toys and sometimes you can bring in something as well. You could bring drinks and snacks etc.
