Family Mediation NI is the lead agency in NI delivering independent, impartial, confidential family mediation and is an approved family mediator training agency.

We offer an alternative to the legal, adversarial system and empower parents to negotiate the best outcomes for their children and the needs of their family circumstances.

We assist the drafting of a parenting plan, help finding new ways of communicating, with dealing with emotions, that lead to best outcomes for children. The child's voice is an important part of family mediation and we support parents to enable children to feed into the process.
